BECOMING A PRAYER

"Teach us to pray.” This is an amazing request. If there is one skill we need, it is to learn to pray. Prayer is the "transaction realm of the Kingdom of God" It is here that we get the revelation needed to maneuver and strategize through all of life's turns, culminating in walking in His purpose and destiny for our lives.

HIS BOLDNESS THROUGH US IN PRAYER
God wants His people to pray. Out of a man's belly there FLOWS faith-filled Holy Ghost anointed WORDS in prayer! The saints of the book of Acts were BOLD. Their prayers BEGAN with "AMEN" or "so be it.' They were filled with His FAITH and His assurance that He would never leave them or forsake them. The first Church was a praying Church! Since "BOLDNESS" means "All SPEECH,' let us consider the words of Paul:

"Praying always with ALL PRAYER..." (Eph. 6:18) I do know the highest order of anything is to BECOME it. We are not only to praise; we are to BECOME His praise. We are not only to bring an offering; we are to BECOME an offering.

We are not only to PRAY, we are to BECOME prayer. That is prayer to the highest and the fullest. It is time to pray. The time to favor Zion, the set time is come. (Psa. 102:13-16)

I want to give you to release over you a prophetic poem the Lord gave me:

Rejoice
I hear the sound of marching feet-God’s army is on the move
Taking back every that has been stolen, oh yes it is true
Do not be afraid the victory belongs to you
This is a time of prayer; do worship warfare in the heavenly places
Be bold as you speak My word against the Enemy's schemes and paces
For the weapons of this warfare are not carnal but mighty through to the pulling down of every strong hold
Taking back old territory and taking possession of new lands of which you’ve been told
I Am calling you out of the fire
The battle has been one where you have the victory
Coming out of that dirt and mire.
Pray and rekindle My Spirit that is in you
As you seek MY Face you will see the change in your countenance, oh so true
In My presence there is joy, healing, prosperity and wholeness
Remember the gold and silver is Mine and so is the cattle on a thousand hills
Go forth my son/daughter, more than a conqueror with that Holy Boldness.

Father, I thank You that You know our works; You have set before us an open door for this and no one can shut it. I pray, Lord, that our service may be acceptable to You and to Your saints, and that we may be given effective utterances and speak boldly as we ought to speak. We pray that we walk in wisdom and we declare that the increasing favor of You, Lord, is preceding us for we are highly favored with You and with man.

We ask that we be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding that we may walk worthy of You, Lord, fully pleasing to You being fruitful in this good work. We thank you, Lord, that You will strengthen us with all Your Might, according to your glorious power with all patience and longsuffering with joy. We give thanks to You who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light. We are trusting You. We are coming into the unity of the faith with all believers. We are endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

I thank You that You are blessing that effort for You declared how good and how pleasant it is for brothers and sisters to dwell together in unity. We hold fast to the Head, (You Jesus) from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God. And above all these things we put on love, which is the bond of perfection.

Thank You, Lord, that we are all of one mind, having compassion for one another; loving as brothers and sisters and being tenderhearted and courteous. Holy Spirit, we give You full reign in this and strive to be led fully by You and flow with You. In Jesus mighty name. Amen

HOPE VERSUS FEAR

‘Hope distinguishes the Christian from the unbeliever, who has no hope (Eph. 2:12; 1 Thess. 4:13). Indeed, a Christian is one in whom hope resides (1 Pet. 3:15; 1 John 3:3). In contrast to Old Testament hope, the Christian hope is superior (Heb. 7:19). Christian hope comes from God (Rom. 15:13) and especially His calling (Eph. 1:18; 4:4), His grace (2 Thess. 2:16), His Word (Rom. 15:4) and His gospel (Col. 1:23). Hope is directed toward God (Acts 24:15; 1 Pet. 1:21) and Christ (1 Thess. 1:3; 1 Tim. 1:1). Its appropriate objects are eternal life (Titus 1:2; 3:7), salvation (1 Thess. 5:8), righteousness (Gal. 5:5), the glory of God (Rom. 5:2; Col. 1:27), the appearing of Christ (Titus 2:13) and the resurrection from the dead (Acts 23:6; 26:6–7).

Hope would be in contrast to fear, Do not be afraid or fear not (365 times in Scripture)

Another word for hope is assurance which is produced by faith, Eph. 3:12; 2 Tim. 1:12; Heb. 10:22. Made full by hope, Heb. 6:11, 19. Confirmed by love, 1 John 3:14, 19; 4:18. Is the effect of righteousness, Isa. 32:17. Is abundant in the understanding of the gospel, Col. 2:2; 1 Thess. 1:5.

Closely associated with hope is the word wait: (yah-chal); Strong’s #3176: To wait, tarry, hope, trust, expect; be patient; remain in anticipation. Yachal appears thirty-eight times in the Old Testament. Its first occurrence is in Genesis 8:10, in the account of Noah’s waiting seven days, from the time he first sent out the dove until he sent her out again. Yachal is often translated “hope” (Pss. 31:24; 33:18; 130:5, 7; 147:11). The correct way to hope and wait for the Lord is to steadfastly expect His mercy, His salvation, and His rescue, and while waiting, not take matters into one’s own hand.

“Our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus’ blood and righteousness,”

Abraham believed on hope and Romans 8:24 says we are saved by hope(Rom 8:24) For we are saved by hope. But hope that is seen is not hope; for what anyone sees, why does he also hope for it?

Somewhere inside you, faith is CRAVING HOPE so that it may give substance & proof to unseen realities! Don't Worry, Hope!

Hope deferred makes the heart sick.(Pro 13:12) Hope put off makes the heart sick, but desire fulfilled is a tree of life. The Tree of Life is Jesus.

Hope is based on the Nature & Character of God--not optimism or wishful thinking!!!! Hope in God!

Father, we thank You when our HOPE perspective changes, everything will change! For our hope is built on “nothing less than Jesus’ blood and righteousness.” Our hope and life is in You, Lord and none else. We decree and declare new experiences of hope, joy, peace and new life in You. Amen
