What is hope?

Some Scriptures:

(Heb 11:1)  Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. Romans 15:4

"You will be secure, because there is hope; you will look about you and… rest in safety" (Job 11:18 NIV).

Hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. Ro 5:5

I know the thoughts that I think toward you, say the LORD, thoughts of peace, & not of evil, to give you an expected end.(hope) JER 29:11

May the God of your hope so fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit.

     Hosea 2:15 – And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope:

     Romans 4:18 – Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.

    Romans 15:13- Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

In all reality HOPE IS JESUS CHRIST. Hope is Him and He lives in you. Hope is confident expectation, simply Christ Himself (1 Timothy 1:1).(1Ti 1:1)  Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ according to the command of God our Savior, and of the Lord Jesus Christ, our hope,


It's the same with our faith, faith is Him. He is the author and finisher of our faith.


Don't Worry, Hope!

 2 Tim. 1:1 says the same. I love the way the Mirror Bible translates this verse. The amazing news of announcing this life which is unveiled in Christ Jesus is what my ministry is all about! The promise is a person.

OUR HOPE IS NOT IN HIM BUT OUR HOPE IS HIM!!
